Mr. Abdul Aziz Othman has been the Managing Director, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer of PETRONAS LNG Ltd; Vice President for Strategy and New Ventures of PETRONAS Energy Canada Ltdand Head of Strategic Planning and Ventures of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Bhd. Earlier, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Vinyl Chloride Malaysia Sdn Bhd; General Manager of Centralised Utilities Facilities of PETRONAS Gas Bhd; Head for Strategy and Business Planning of PETRONAS; Manager of Business Planning and Development at PETRONAS; and Engineer of Peninsular Gas Utilisation Project for PETRONAS Gas Berhad. Currently, Currently, Mr. Othman also serves as the Senior Vice President for Gas and Power, Gas and New Energy Business of PETRONAS; Member of the Gas Business Leadership Team of PETRONAS; President of the Malaysia Gas Association; Regional Coordinator for South and Southeast Asia, International Gas Union; and Member of the Executive Committee of International Gas Union.

Mr. Shahrul Azham Sukaiman has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of PETRONAS; Head of Finance, PT PETRONAS Niaga Indonesia; Senior Manager (Financial Services and Treasury), of PETRONAS Gas Berhad; Senior Manager (Group Accounts and Performance), of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad; Manager (Management Accounting - Group & Performance),of PETRONAS Chemicals Group Berhad; Manager for Gas & Power of PETRONAS; Analyst at Office of Vice President Gas Business of PETRONAS; and Executive (Financial Accounting) of PETRONAS Gas Berhad. Currently, Mr. Sukaiman also serves as a Director of Industrial Gases Solution Sdn. Bhd., Kimanis O&M Sdn. Bhd., Kimanis Power Sdn. Bhd., Pengerang Gas Solutions Sdn. Bhd., PIVA Inc, PTV International Ventures Sdn. Bhd., and Regas Terminal (Sg Udang) Sdn. Bhd.

Mr. Datuk Adif Zulkifli has been the Chairman of the company since August 2024. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of of Upstream Business at PETRONAS. He also served as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of Gas and New Energy Business at PETRONAS. Mr. Zulkifli served as Senior Vice President of the development and production upstream business and Senior Vice President of the corporate strategy of the company. Previously, he served as Vice Chair of the E&P Working Committee for the International Gas Union.
