Mr. Jeffrey Jackson has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company. Mr. Jackson also served as the Executive Vice President of Operations of the company. Earlier, he served as the President and the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Earlier, he also served as the Vice President and Corporate Controller at The Hershey Company. He was the Senior Vice President, General Manager of Emerging Channels, and Chief Financial Officer at Schwan’s Bakery. Mr. Jackson also worked at Flowers Foods Inc, The Coca-Cola Company, and KPMG. He currently serves as a Director of Smith Douglas Homes.

Mr. Craig Henderson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since October 2023. Previously he served as an Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company from February 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, Business Development, and Treasurer at Trex Company, Inc.

Ms. Debbie LaPinska has been the Chief Customer Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since March 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Ms. LaPinska also served as the Senior Vice President of Human Resource Officer at the company. Earlier, she also served as the Senior Vice President and Vice President of Customer Relations, Sales and Marketing, and Human Resources at the company.
