Mr. Jacek Olczak has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2018 to 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 2012 to 2017. Mr. Olczak also served as the President of the European Union Region from 2009 to 2012 and Managing Director of Germany and Poland from 2006 to 2009 of the company. He joined the company as the Manager for Finance and Administration in 1993.

Mr. Emmanuel Babeau has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2020. He also serves as the Director of Davide Campari-Milano N.V. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President of Finance at Schneider Electric. He also served as the Director of Sodexo from 2016 to 2021, Director of Sanofi S.A. from 2018 to 2020 and Vice Chairman of Aveva plc. Prior to this, Mr. Babeau worked at Pernod Ricard as the Chief Financial Officer and Group Deputy Managing Director. He started his career with Arthur Andersen in 1990.

Mr. Yann Guerin has been the Chief Legal Officer of the company in January 2026. Prior to this, he served as PMI’s Senior Vice President and General Counsel from July 2023 to 2026. He held several positions within the Legal & Compliance department, including Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Middle East, Africa & PMI Duty Free from 2018 to 2019; Vice President and Associate General Counsel, South and Southern Asia from 2019 to 2021; and Vice President and Associate General Counsel, Corporate.

Mr. Stefano Volpetti has been the Chief Global Growth Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Smoke-Free Inhaled Products of the company from 2023 to 2026. He also served as the Chief Consumer Officer of the company in 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Brand Franchise Leader for a multi-functional, global business unit at P&G from 2016 to 2019. He also worked as the Chief Marketing Officer of Luxottica Group S.p.A.

Mr. Christos Harpantidis has been the Chief Corporate Affairs Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served as PMI’s Senior Vice President, External Affairs since May 2024. He was previously Area Vice President, South East Europe Cluster in February 2023. Mr. Harpantidis joined Papastratos, PMI’s affiliate in Greece, where he held key positions in the company’s Commercial department in Greece and abroad. He held senior management positions in sales strategy at PMI’s Operations Center in Lausanne from 2012 to 2015. He became Chairman and Managing Director of Papastratos and Head of the EU South East Cluster.
