Mr. Greg C. Garland has been the Chairman of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of Phillips 66 from 2012 to 2022. Previously, he also served as the Senior Vice President of Exploration and Production, Americas for ConocoPhillips from October 2010 to April 2012. Prior to joining ConocoPhillips, he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company (CPChem) from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Garland has nearly 30 years of industry experience in technical and executive leadership positions within the oil and natural gas and chemicals industries.

Mr. Mark E. Lashier has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since July 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer at CPChem’s. Mr. Lashier also served as the Executive Vice President of Olefins and Polyolefins, Senior Vice President of Specialties, Aromatics and Styrenics, Vice President of Corporate Planning and Development, and Regional Manager of Asia. Prior to joining CPchem, he served as a research engineer at Phillips Petroleum Company.

Mr. Kevin J. Mitchell has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Investor Relations from September 2014 to January 2016. Mr. Mitchell has more than 20 years of experience in finance area within the oil and gas industry. Prior to joining Phillips 66, he served as the General Auditor of ConocoPhillips from May 2010 to September 2014, and Vice President, Exploration and Production, Strategy, Administration and Technical Services from April 2009 to April 2010.

Mr. David Erfert is the Chief Transformation Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Projects for Phillips 66. Previously, he held a number of roles in the company including Vice President of Strategy and Planning; General Manager of Sweeny Refinery; Manager of Refining Business Improvement; and Manager of Bayway Refinery.

Ms. Sonya Reed is the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, she served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer for General Cable.
