Mr. Mark E. Lashier has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since March 2024. Prior to this he was the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since July 2022. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer of the company from 2021 to 2022. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at CPChem’s. Mr. Lashier also served as the Executive Vice President of Olefins and Polyolefins, Senior Vice President of Specialties, Aromatics and Styrenics, Vice President of Corporate Planning and Development, and Regional Manager of Asia at CPChem.

Mr. Kevin J. Mitchell has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Investor Relations from September 2014 to January 2016. Previously, he served as the General Auditor of ConocoPhillips from May 2010 to September 2014. He was also the General Manager of Upstream Finance, Strategy and Planning at Conoco. Mr. Mitchell also worked as the Vice President of Finance and Administration of ConocoPhillips Alaska. He was also the Manager of Treasury Services at Conoco.

Mr. Andrez Carberry has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he was the Head of Human Relations at Deere. Mr Carberry also served as the Chief Region Counsel at US Foods. He was also the Chief Counsel of Global Labor & Employment, Corporate Social Responsibility and Compliance Director, N.A. at Avon Products, Inc.

Ms. Tandra Perkins is the Senior Vice President, and Chief Digital and Administrative Officer of the company Prior to this, she was the Vice Chair of Growth and Strategy for KPMG in the US. Previously, she held several leadership roles within KPMG during her 21-year tenure, including Managing Partner for its Houston Major Market. Ms. Perking currently serves as the Director of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, Commercial Metal Company, United Way of Greater Houston.
