He also served as Chairman at Miller Insurance Services LLP; Director at Pension Insurance Corporation plc; Director at Catlin Group Limited.

Mr. Andy Briggs has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the group since March 2020. He served as the Chief Executive of Friends Life, Managing Director at Scottish Widows and Chief Executive Officer of the Retirement Income division at Prudential and Chairman of ABI. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer UK Insurance of Aviva plc.

Mr. Rakesh Thakrar has been the Chief Financial Officer of the group since May 2020. He also serves as the Director of the group. Previously, he served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer and 20 years with Phoenix.

Ms. Jackie Noakes has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2022. Previously she served as the Group Chief Operating Officer at the Bank of Ireland in Dublin. She served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mature Savings and Group and IT Shared Services Director at Legal & General and IT Vice President of American Express Bank Business Solution Delivery services.

Mr. Jonathan Pears has been the Group Chief Risk Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Risk Officer at Standard Life. He worked at Standard Life for 22 years and held various roles in Finance, Marketing and Operations.
