Mr. Mayank Singhal serves as the Managing Director and Vice Chairman of the company. Currently, he also serves on the boards of PI Life Science Research Ltd., TP Buildtech Pvt. Ltd, PILL Finance and Investment Ltd. and Fratelli Wines Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Rajnish Sarna has been the Joint Managing Director of the company since 2021. Currently, he also serves on the Board of PILL Finance and Investment Ltd., PI Life Science Research Ltd., Solinnos Agro Sciences Pvt. Ltd., PI Kumiai Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Sarna has over three decades of experience in the areas of Business Development and Strategy, Customer Relationship Mgt., Operations, Finance, Information Technology and Process Reengineering, Risk Mgt, Legal Contracting and Compliances, Investor relations.

Mr. Salil Singhal serves as the Chairman Emeritus of the company. He also serves on the Boards of Historic Resorts Hotels Pvt. Ltd., The Lake Palace Hotels and Motels Pvt. Ltd., Wolkem India Ltd., Secure Meters Ltd. and Somany Ceramics Ltd., PILL Finance.

Mr. Atanu Roy has been the Chief Information Officer and President of the company since September 2023. Previously, he served as Group Chief Information Officer in Biocon Group.

Mr. Narayana Keelveedhi Seshadri serves as the Chairman of the company.
