Ms. Lerena Olivier has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she worked for financial reporting and the finance team in the Pick n Pay Group finance division. Ms. Olivier has expertise in finance, risk management, strategy, accounting and tax which she has earned during her 19 years of experience working in JSE-listed companies.

Mr. Sean Summers has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, he worked with the group from 1974 to 2007, served as Managing Director in 1997 and Chief Executive Officer in 1999.

Mr. Gareth Ackerman has been the Chairman of the company since 2010. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Pay Holdings Ltd from 2002 to 2010. Prior to this, he served as the Joint Group Managing Director and the Managing Director of Pick n Pay Group Enterprises. Mr. Ackerman joined the board of the company as an executive Director in 1990 and became a non-executive Director in 1999. He also serves as Co-Chair of the Consumer Goods Council of South Africa and served as the Co-Chair of the international Consumer Goods Forum. He is also a trustee of the Masisizane Fund and was a member of the international board of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).
