Mr. M. Terry Turner has been the Chairman of the company since 2026. He served as the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since 2000. Prior to this, he served as the President of the Investment Services Group of First American Corporation from 1998 to 1999. Mr. Turner also served as a President of General Bank of First American National Bank from 1994 to 1998. He served at various management positions from 1979 to 1985 at Park National Bank. Earlier, Mr. Turner worked as a consultant for Arthur Andersen & Company.

Mr. Robert A. McCabe, Jr has been the Vice Chairman and Chief Banking Officer of the company since 2025. Prior to this, he served as the Vice Chairman of First American Corporation from 1994 to 1999. Mr. McCabe also served as a President of Corporate Banking division and General Banking division of First American's from 1991 to 1994. Previously, he served in many other senior positions of First American including President and Chief Operating Officer from 1987 to 1991 and as an Executive Vice President from 1985 to 1987. Earlier, Mr. McCabe served as the Chairman and Director of Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc. and Director of SSC Services of Knoxville.

Mr. Kevin S. Blair has been the Chief Executive Officer, President, and a Director of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as Corporate Treasurer of SunTrust Bank. He began his banking career at Signet Bank in Richmond, Virginia, in 1995.

Mr. Jamie Gregory has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he served Chief Financial Officer at Synovus. Mr. Gregory?served as an Executive Vice President and Head of Corporate Financial Strategy at Regions Financial Corporation in 2019. He also served as a Senior Vice President at Wachovia, where he held corporate investment and portfolio management positions.

Mr. Zack Bishop has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as a Head of Technology, Operations and Security at Synovus. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief Information and Security Officer of Renasant Bank in 2018 and led all digital operations, including technology, infrastructure, mobile and online banking, information security, and other internet and operating functions. He held senior leadership positions in technology, operations, mergers and acquisitions, and digital innovation for Regions Bank in 2013.
