Mr. Bill Ready has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 2022. Previously, he served as the President of commerce, payments and next billion users at Alphabet Inc from January 2020 to June 2022. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PayPal Holdings Inc from October 2016 to July 2019. Previously, he served as PayPal’s Senior Vice President, Global Head of Product and Engineering from July 2015 to September 2016. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of Braintree from October 2011 to December 2013. Mr. Ready was Executive in residence at Accel Partners. Earlier, he served as President of iPay Technologies from 2008 to 2011.

Ms Julia Brau Donnelly has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President and Global Head of Finance and Accounting of Wayfair from September 2019 to June 2023. He also served as Head of Corporate Finance from August 2017 to September 2019, and Director of Strategic Finance and Investor Relations at Wayfair from March 2016 to August 2017. Previously, she served as a private equity investor in technology and media companies at Thomas H. Lee Partners in Boston.

Ms. Claudine Cheever has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2026. Previously, she served as Vice-President for global brand and marketing at Amazon. She worked on the agency side, including stints at Saatchi & Saatchi and McCann.

Ms. Doniel Sutton has been the Chief People Officer of the company since February 2024. Previously, she served as the Chief People Officer at Alteryx from 2022 to 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief People Officer of Fastly from September 2020 to August 2022. Earlier, she served at several leadership roles, including Senior Vice President of People at PayPal from September 2011 to April 2019.

Ms Wanji Walcott has been the Secretary and Chief Legal and Business Affairs Officer of the company since November 2022. Prior to this, she served as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer at Discover Financial Services from July 2019 to October 2022. Prior to that, Ms. Walcott served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at PayPal Holdings, Inc from February 2017 to July 2019. Prior to that, she served as Vice President, Product Legal from 2015 to 2017. She held several leadership roles at American Express, including as Senior Vice President and Managing Counsel from 2002 to 2015.
