Mr. Ajay Piramal has been the Chairman of the company since 1988. He holds several key positions on the boards of various prestigious regulatory, professional and academic institutions. He also serves on the Harvard Business School’s Board of Dean’s Advisors. Mr. Piramal is a Non-Executive Director of Tata Sons Ltd and the President and Chairman of the Governing Body of Anant National University and also the Chairman of Pratham Education Foundation. He is a member of the Alternative Investment Policy Advisory Committee (AIPAC) constituted by SEBI, as well as the National Council of Confederation of the Indian Industry.

Ms. Upma Goel has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since August 2022. Prior to this she served as a Chief Financial Officer at at Piramal Capital and Housing Finance. Prior to this he served as a Finance Chief at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank.

Mr. Vikram Bector is the President and Chief Human Resources Officer of the company. He previously worked for various large global Indian conglomerates and multinational companies including Reliance Industries Ltd, Tata Motors, Cipla, Deloitte, Aditya Birla Group, and Satyam Computers.
