Pixelworks, Inc.: Executives

Mr. Daniel J. Heneghan has been the Chairman of the company since 2022. He served as a Director of Pixelworks since April 2006. Previously, he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Intersil Corporation, from 1999 to 2005. From 1980 to 1999, Mr. Heneghan worked in various management positions in information technology, finance, purchasing and operations at Harris Corporation. He also served on the board of directors of NTELOS Holdings Corp, Micrel Inc, and Freescale Semiconductor Inc.

Mr. Todd A DeBonis has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of the company since 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development from January 2016 to February 2016 at the company. Mr. DeBonis served as the Vice President of Global Sales and Strategic Development at TriQuint Semiconductor from 2004 to December 2015. Earlier, he served as the Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Marketing at Centillium Communications; and the Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Ishoni Networks. Mr. DeBonis also held executive positions at Infineon Technologies, VisCom Corporation and Electec SoCal. He also serves on the Board of Directors at Poet Technologies Inc.

Mrs Haley Aman has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller and Assistant Controller of the company. Earlier, she also served for Deloitte & Touche LLP in Audit and Enterprise Risk Services team.

Mr. Greg Zafiris has been the Chief Legal Officer and Executive Vice President of Corporate Affairs of the company since 2018. Previously, he served as Vice President and General Counsel at the company. He also served as Vice President of Administration and Senior Counsel at Mobilian Corp.

Mr. Hongmin (Bob) Zhang has been serving as the Chief Technical Officer at Pixelworks, Inc since 2010. He is also serving as the Senior Vice President of the company. Previously, he served as the Chief Technical Officer of nDSP; President and Chief Technical Officer of Aptronix Inc. and Vice President of Research and Development at Apt Instruments, Ltd.
