Mr. Willie Chiang has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Plains All American GP LLC. He also served as the Executive Vice President of operations at Occidental Petroleum Corp. From 1996 to 2012, he served in various positions at ConocoPhillips, including most recently as Senior Vice President - Refining, Marketing, Transportation and Commercial. He also serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PAGP GP and served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer (US) of PAGP GP from August 2015 through December 2017.

Mr. Harry N. Pefanis has been the President and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he was the Auditor of Price Waterhouse & Co. Mr. Pefanis also served as the New York Mercantile Exchange's Crude Oil Advisory Committee. Currently, he serves as President of Plains All American GP LLC, Chair of the Association of Oil Pipelines, Director of the Memorial Hermann Foundation; and on the Advisory Board of the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma.

Mr. Al Swanson has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served for Santa Fe Snyder Corporation.

Mr. Chris Chandler has been the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served in various leadership positions at Phillips 66, where he served most recently as the General Manager and Corporate Strategy.

Mr. Chris Herbold has been the Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2010. Prior to this, he served for Arthur Andersen, LLP in various senior positions.
