Mr. Willie Chiang has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of PAGP GP and GP LLC. He was also the Executive Vice President?of?Operations for Occidental Petroleum Corporation and Senior Vice President?of Refining, Transportation, Marketing, and Commercial at ConocoPhillips. Currently, he serves as a Director Delta Airlines, Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas and United Way of Greater Houston and Performing Arts Houston.

Mr. AI Swanson has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since February 2011. Previously, he served at Plains Resources, Santa Fe Snyder Corporation, Snyder Oil Corporation and SOCO Offshore, Inc.

Mr. Chris R Chandler has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President?for Strategic Planning and Acquisitions operations of the company from 2018 to 2019. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Corporate Strategy and General Manager of Midstream Commercial and Business Development operations at Phillips 66.

Mr. Chris Hernbold has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President of Finance the company since 2018. Previously, he worked for seven years at the accounting firm Arthur Andersen LLP.

Mr. Jeremy L Goebel has been the Chief Commercial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, he served for GP LLC in various positions including the Executive Vice President and Senior Group Vice President for Commercial operations, and Managing Director, Vice President and Senior Vice President for Acquisitions and Strategic Planning operations. Earlier, he served for Simmons & Company International.
