Mr. Manuel V. Pangilinan has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2024. Previously, he served as the President and the Chief Executive Officer of Smart Communications, Inc. from 2016 to 2019. Currently, he also serves as the Chairman and President of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Manila Electric Company and Chairman of PXP Energy Corporation and Philex Mining Corporation. He also serves as the Chairman of Smart, Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc., Digital Telecommunications Phils, PLDT Communications & Energy Ventures, Inc., ePLDT, Inc., Beacon Electric Assets Holdings Inc., Philex Petroleum Corporation, Manila North Tollways Corporation, Maynilad Water Services Corporation, Landco Pacific Corporation, Metro Pacific Hospital Holdings, Inc., Medical Doctors Incorporated (Makati Medical Center), and Colinas Verdes Corporation (Cardinal Santos Medical Center), MediaQuest Holdings Inc., TV5 Network, Inc. and PLDT-Smart Foundation. He also serves as the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of First Pacific Company Limited and President Commissioner of P.T. Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk.

Mr. Menardo G. Jimenez has been the Director, Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since September 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of the company from 2004 to 2024. Previously, he served Network Head of the company from January 2024 to September 2024 and Home Head of Consumer Business of the company from 2019 to 2022. Mr. Jimenez held various positions at the company including Corporate Communications and Public Affairs Group Head, Retail Business Group Head, Fixed Line Business Transformation Office Head, Human Resources Group Head, Fixed Line Business Transformation Office Head and Consumer Home Business Group Head. Earlier, he worked as the Head of creative services and network promotions at GMA Network, Inc.

Mr. Danny Y. Yu has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Management Officer, and Senior Vice President of the company since May 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Controller of the company from November 2022 to May 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Governance Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of Philex Mining Corporation from September 2013 to August 2019, and Chief Finance Officer at Digital Telecommunications Philippines, Inc. and Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc. from November 2011 to July 2013. Prior to this, Mr. Yu worked as the Chief Financial Officer of ePLDT, Inc. from November 2010 to December 2011, Chief Financial Officer of PLDT Global Corporation from June 2004 to November 2010, Chief Financial Officer at Mabuhay Satellite Philippines Corporation and Aces Satellite Philippines Corporation from March 1999 to May 2004. Earlier, he also served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation from March 1997 to March 1999.

Ms. Gina Marina P. Ordonez has been the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company since May 2019. She also serves as the Chief People Officer of Smart Communications. Ms. Ordonez served as the Head of Smart People Group and Head of Process and Quality Management of the company. Previously, she served as the Vice President for Service Operations and Quality Management at Makati Medical Center and as the Head of Customer Experience for Consumer Banking in Citi.

Ms. Melissa V. Vergel De Dios has been the First Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer of the company since March 2023.Prior to this, she served as the Head of Investor Relations of the company from March 2007 to October 2024. Previously, she served as Head of Property Management Center and Head of Property and Facilities Management Center of the company. Prior to this, Ms. Dios served as the Chief Operating Officer of Wharton Credit Corp from June 2000 to May 2001and the Group Chief Finance Officer of Global 3 Internet Holdings, Inc. She held several positions at San Miguel Group of Companies from 1984 to 2000.
