Mr. Manuel V. Pangilinan has been the Chairman of the company since 2004. He serves as the Co-Chairman of the Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation, Inc, Chairman and President of Metro Pacific Investments Corporation, Chairman of MediaQuest Holdings Inc., PLDT-Smart Foundation, TV5 Network, Inc., PXP Energy Corporation, Meralco, and Philex Mining Corporation. Mr. Pangilinan is the Vice Chairman of Roxas Holdings, Inc., Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc., Smart, PLDT Communications & Energy Ventures, Inc., Digital Telecommunications Phils, ePLDT, Inc., Manila North Tollways Corporation, and Beacon Electric Assets Holdings Inc. Mr. Alfredo S. Panlilio has been the President, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Smart Communications, Inc. since 2019. Previously, he served as the Chief Revenue Officer of the company since 2019. He serves as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of IP Converge Data Services, Inc., and Mabuhay Investments Corporation; Chairman and President of ABM Global Solutions, Inc., Curo Tecknika, Inc., ePDS, Inc., IPC Rack It Data Center, Inc., ACeS Philippines Cellular Satellite Corporation, VITRO Inc., and Smart Broadband, Inc., Chairman of ePLDT, Inc., Telesat, Inc., MayaBank, Bonifacio Communications Corporation, PLDT Clark Telecom, Inc., PLDT Subic Telecom, Inc., PLDT-Philcom, Inc and PLDT-Maratel, Inc. Mr. Danny Y. Yu has been the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Risk Management Officer, and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. He also serves as the Controller of PLDT Group since 2022; and Chief Financial Officer of ING-FINEX. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Governance Officer, Chief Risk Officer and Senior Vice President of Philex Mining Corporation from 2013 to 2019, and Chief Finance Officer at Digital Telecommunications Philippines, Inc. and Digitel Mobile Philippines, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. Prior to this, Mr. Yu worked as the Chief Financial Officer of ePLDT, Inc. from 2010 to 2011, Chief Financial Officer of PLDT Global Corporation from 2004 to 2010, Chief Financial Officer at Mabuhay Satellite Philippines Corporation and Aces Satellite Philippines Corporation from 1999 to 2004. He also served as the Vice President of Corporate Development at Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation from 1997 to 1999.

Mr. Joseph Ian G. Gendrano has been the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Information Technology, Head of Enterprise and International Business, and First Vice President of the company. Previously, he held technical, sales, consulting and leadership positions at Verizon Business, Cisco Systems and Goldman Sachs. Mr. Gendrano also served as the Vice President of Network Voice and Multimedia Division and Chief Architect for Unified Communications platforms at Goldman Sachs. He joined the company 2013.

Ms. Gina Marina P. Ordonez has been the Senior Vice President and Chief People Officer of the company since 2019. She also serves as the Chief People Officer of Smart Communications. Previously, she served as the Vice President for Service Operations and Quality Management at Makati Medical Center and as the Head of Customer Experience for Consumer Banking in Citi. Ms. Ordonez joined the PLDT Group in 2016 and served as the Head of Smart People Group and Head of Process and Quality Management.
