Plug Power Inc: Executives

Mr. Andrew J. Marsh has been the Chairman of the board since 2026. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company from 2008 to 2026. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer and Director of Valere Power until its acquisition by Eltek SA. Currently, Mr. Marsh is also the Chairman of the Fuel Cell and Hydrogen Energy Association.

Mr. Jose Luis Crespo has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company since 2026. Previously, he served as the President and Chief Revenue Officer of the company from 2024 to 2026. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of Material Handling and Executive Vice President from 2023 to 2024. Earlier, he joined the company as the Vice President of Business and International sales in 2014.

Mr. Paul B. Middleton has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2026. Prior to this, he was the Corporate Controller and Principal Accounting Officer, Treasurer and Interim Chief Financial Officer at Rogers Corp. Prior to that, Mr. Middleton managed financial administration for the tools division of Coopers Industries from 1997 to 2001.

Mr. Dean Fullerton has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since August 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Global Engineering Services and Vice President of North America, Engineering Services at Amazon. Mr. Fullerton began his career in United Parcel Service, where he spent 13 years in the Industrial engineering department.

Mr. Martin D. Hull has been the Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller of the company since 2015. He was a Principal and Director with the certified public accounting firm of Marvin and Company, P.C. from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, Mr. Hull worked with KPMG LLP, serving as Partner from 2004 to 2012, and has a total of 24 years of public accounting experience.
