Mr. Richard J. Hawkins has been the Chairman of the company since 2018. He joined Cytori Therapeutics as a Director in 2007. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Lumos Pharma, Inc. Earlier, he founded LabNow Inc and served as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the company from 2004 to 2009. Mr. Hawkins founded Pharmaco, a clinical drug development services company and served as the CEO, Chairman and President. He is also the founder of id2, Concave Biotechnology and Sensus Drug Development Corp. Previously, he served as the Chairman of LoopOne Inc.

Dr. Marc H. Hedrick has been the President, the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2014. He joined Cytori as the Chief Scientific Officer and Medical Director in October 2002. Previously, Mr. Hedrick co-founded, and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of StemSource, Inc. He is also a plastic surgeon and a former Associate Professor of Surgery and Pediatrics at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). From 1998 to 2005, Dr. Hedrick directed the Laboratory of Regenerative Bioengineering and Repair for the Department of Surgery at UCLA.

Mr Andrew J. Sims has been the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at various private equity firms. He also served as partner at Mazars, a global accounting, advisory, audit, tax and consulting firm.

Mr. Norman LaFrance has been the Chief Medical Officer and the Senior Vice President of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Medical Officer and Senior Vice President of Jubiliant Pharma Ltd from 2012 to 2022.
