Mr. Bruno Campos Garfinkel has been the Chairman of the company since May 2019. Previously, he served as an Executive Officer of Product Auto at Porto Seguro Companhia de Seguros Gerais. Prior to this, he was appointed as Claims Officer in 2013 and served as the Superintendent of Auto Claims in 2010. He joined Porto Seguro Companhia de Seguros Gerais in 2008 as a Regional Officer and was appointed Manager of Processes and Systems of Claims in 2009. He began his career at Azul Companhia de Seguros Gerais as a Trainee in 2004, advancing to Project Coordinator in 2005 and General Manager of the Branch in 2006. Before joining Corporacao Porto Seguro, he served as a Private Investment Manager at Bank CCF Banco de Investimento.

Mr. Paulo Sergio Kakinoff has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as a Directors at Porto from 2020 to 2023. He was the Chief Executive Officer ar GOL Linhas Aereas from 2012 to 2022, having also been an independent member of the company’s Board of Directors for two years and then for one year. He was the President of Audi Brazil, served as the Sales & Marketing Director at Volkswagen do Brasil, and was the Executive Director for South America at the Volkswagen Group headquarters in Germany.

Mr. Celso Damadi has been an Executive Vice President of Financial, Controllership, and Investments of the company since 2019. He also served as a Director of DPVAT S.A. Prior to this, he served as Investor Relations Officer of the company from January 2020 to March 2021. He joined Porto Seguro Companhia de Seguros Gerais, in 2005, as Controllership Manager and then held Superintendent of Controllership in 2010 and promoted to Controllership Officer in 2011.

Mr. Lene Araujo de Lima is an Executive Vice President of Services at the company. Prior to this, he served as the President of Porto Seguro Previdência Complementar till May 2015 and Director of Bioqualynet Sul and Porto Seguro Saúde Ocupacional e Segurança do Trabalho Ltda from 2013 to 2015. He started his career at Porto Seguro Companhia de Seguros Gerais, in 1994, at the Legal Department. In 2002, he was promoted to Legal Manager and, in 2008, he took over the Legal Board.

Mr. Roberto de Souza Santos has been a Director of the company since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Investor Relations Officer at the company from 2018 to 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Executive Vice President of the company from September 2017 to March 2018 and as the General Director at P&C and Health Insurance, from June 2016 to September 2017. Mr. Santos also has been a Director at Porto Seguro Itau Unibanco Participaçoes SA since April 2018.
