The company has achieved significant technological innovation results, including completing special research projects, participating in innovation consortia, and leading national key R&D programs. The R&D units of PowerChina include the National Innovation Center for Hydropower, Wind Power, Solar Power, and Energy Storage Technologies, and the National Energy Offshore Wind Power Safety and Engineering Technology Research Center.
