PRA Group Inc: Executives

Mr. Martin Sjolund has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since June 17, 2025. Previously, he was the President of PRA Group Europe. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of Europe. Earlier, Mr. Sjolund served as Director of Group Strategy and Corporate Development (Europe) at Aktiv Kapital.

Mr. Rakesh Sehgal has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2023. Previously, he served as Managing Director in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at General Electric and GE Capital.

Mr. Jan Husby has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Interim Chief Information Officer of the company. Previously, Mr. Husby served as the Chief Information Officer at Aktiv Kapital. He also served as the Chief Information Officer and then Head of the Corporate Customer Division at Zurich Financial Services Norway.

Mr. Keith Warren has been the Chief Risk and Compliance Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Risk and Compliance Officer at TransUnion. He also held numerous leadership roles at Barclays Bank U.S., Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase and Bank of America. Mr. Warren also served as an in-house counsel for First North American National Bank, State Farm Bank, HSBC Bank USA, and Bank of America.

Ms. LaTisha Tarrant has been the Chief Human Resources Officer, Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as a Managing Associate General Counsel at Elevance Health, Inc. and a partner at McGuire Woods, LLP. Currently, Ms. Tarrant serves as a Director of Sentara Healthcare.
