Mr. Alex Whitehouse has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since August 2019. Prior to this, he served as the UK Managing Director of the company. He joined the company as Managing Director of the Grocery Strategic Business Unit. Previously, Mr. Whitehouse served at Reckitt Benckiser plc for 18 years and held various senior marketing and general management roles including Managing Director, New Zealand and Worldwide Head of Shopper & Customer Marketing. He also served for Whitbread plc in several retail management positions.

Mr. Duncan Leggett has been Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since December 2019. Previously, he held number of senior roles within the company including Head of Reporting, Group Financial Controller and most recently Director of Financial Control and Corporate Development. Prior to this, Mr. Leggett spent nine years at KPMG working with clients across a variety of industries.

Mr. Yilmaz Erceyes has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since October 2019. Prior to this, he served at Procter & Gamble for 13 years in several senior brand management roles across different geographies, having started his career in Procter & Gamble as Process Engineer.

Mr. Richard Martin has been the Chief Customer Officer of the company since October 2019. Previously, he held leadership positions within the company including; customer management, commercial planning, commercial and channel strategy, marketing and category management. Prior to this, Mr. Martin held a number of senior commercial roles at Mars, Douwe Egberts and Kantar.

Mr. Colin Day has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive of Essentra plc. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Reckitt Benckiser plc. He served the Aegis Group plc. He also served as the Non-Executive Director of several other companies including Amec Foster Wheeler, Cadbury, WPP, Imperial Brands and Easyjet. Mr. Day serves as the board member of the Department for Environment, Finance Committee of Cranfielmd University, Food and Rural Affairs and chairs the Defra Audit and Risk Assurance Committee. He also serves as the Non-Executive Director and Audit Committee Chair at S4 Capital plc and Euromoney Institutional Investor plc.
