Mr. Alex Whitehouse has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since August 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Managing Director of the UK at the company. Previously, Mr. Whitehouse served for 18 years in various senior marketing and general management roles including Managing Director, New Zealand and Worldwide Head of Shopper & Customer Marketing at Reckitt Benckiser plc. He also served for Whitbread plc in several retail management positions. He joined the company as Managing Director of the Grocery Strategic Business Unit.

Mr. Duncan Leggett has been Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since December 2019. Previously, he held several senior roles within the company including Head of Reporting, Group Financial Controller and most recently Director of Financial Control and Corporate Development. Prior to this, Mr. Leggett spent nine years at KPMG working with clients across a variety of industries.

Ms. Jo Cullen has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Group Chief Information Officer at Menzies Distribution. Previously, she held Senior Executive positions with a range of major businesses, including Bakkavor, Anglo American and SABMiller.

Ms Catherine Lloyd has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since July 2025. Prior to this, she served in a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President, Marketing & Strategy, for Northern Europe and ANZ for Reckitt Benckiser’s health portfolio.

Mr. Paul Thompson has been the Chief Supply Chain Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as the UK Operations Director at the company in March 2017. Prior to this, he held several senior manufacturing, supply chain and operations roles spanning both tobacco and alternative nicotine products across global, regional and local market positions in the UK, Uzbekistan, Asia Pacific North and Bangladesh. He joined the Company in April 2015 as Grocery Operations Director.
