Mr. Michael J. Alkire has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this role, he served as Chief Operating Officer of the company. Before joining the company, Mr. Alkire served in various leadership roles at Cap Gemini, which included responsibilities in supply chain and high-tech manufacturing.

Mr. Terry D. Shaw has been the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2013. Previously, he has served on the Management Committee of Premier Services, LLC since 2013. Prior to this, he served as a member of the board of directors of Premier Healthcare Solutions Inc. and the board of managers of Premier Plans LLC from 2012 to 2013. Mr. Shaw is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Advent Health. Prior to this, he also served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer from 2010 to 2017, and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from 2000 to 2010.

Mr. Craig S. McKasson has been the Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Premier since 2019. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Finance and Corporate Controller. Prior to that, Mr. McKasson provided audit, tax and consulting for various privately held development companies and multistate publicly traded organizations in the life sciences, retail and technology sectors and served as a Consulting Manager at Ernst & Young LLP. Currently, he serves as the treasurer and is on the board of directors at Saint Vincent De Paul Villages Inc.

Mr. Leigh Anderson has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since September 2023. Prior to this, he served as a President of Performance Services from 2019 to 2023 at Premier.

Ms. Crystal Climer is the Chief Accounting Officer of the company. She serves as a strategic contributor to the company’s. Prior to joining Premier, Climer served as the Director of Finance and Accounting for North America at BSN Medical.
