Mr. R. Blair Blair has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he was the Chief Executive Officer of EIG Global Energy Partners (EIG). He also served as Senior Investment Officer at Inter-American Development Bank.

Ms. Linda Z. Cook has been the Chief Executive Officer of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, she served as the Chairman of Chrysaor Holdings Ltd and was a member of the Investment and Executive Committee at EIG Global Energy Partners. She served in various leadership positions at Royal Dutch Shell plc including Chief Executive Officer of Shell Canada Limited; Chief Executive Officer of Shell Gas and Power (London); and Executive Vice President of Strategy and Finance for Global Exploration and Production (The Hague). Currently, Ms. Cook serves as an advisor to EIG and is also on the board of BNY Melon.

Mr. Alexander Krane has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Investment Director at Aker ASA and was responsible for oil and gas investments in 2019 and as Corporate Controller in 2010. He was also the Chief Financial Officer of Aker BP ASA in 2016 and Det Norske Oljeselskap ASA in 2012. Mr. Krane also worked at KPMG in the US and Norway from 1999 to 2006.

Ms. Gill Riggs has been the Chief Human Resources Officer of the company since April 2021. Prior to this, she was the Vice President of Human Resources at Global Upstream for Chevron. She also served in various leadership roles in Chevron such as General Manager HR, Gas & Midstream (US), Regional HR Manager, Middle East and East Africa (UAE), Africa & Middle East (South Africa), Regional HR Manager, General Manager HR, Technology & Services (US) and General Manager HR, Upstream Asia Pacific (Singapore).
