Mr. Robert E. Price has been the Executive Chairman of the board of directors of the company since September 2025 and has been the Chairman since its spin-off from Price Enterprises Inc in 1997. He served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of the company from February 2023 to August 2025. Earlier, Mr. Price also served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of the company from April 2006 until July 2010. He also served as the Chairman of Price Enterprises from July 1994 to September 1997 and Chairman of Price/Costco, Inc. from October 1993 to December 1994. Mr. Price was a founder of The Price Company and served as its Chief Executive Officer and a member of its board of directors from the time of The Price Company’s founding in 1976 until The Price Company’s merger with Costco Wholesale Corp. in 1993. Currently, he serves as a Manager of The Price Group, LLC and Chairman and President of Price Philanthropies Foundation and the Allison and Robert Price Family Foundation.

Mr. David N. Price has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since September 2025. Before this, he served as an Executive Vice President, the Chief Transformation Officer, and a Director of the company from August 2023 to August 2025. He was appointed to the board of director of the company in February 2022. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Vice President and Chief of Staff to the Chairman and the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Robert Price from December 2022 to July 2023. Previously, he served as a Vice President for Environmental and Social Responsibility from August 2021 to December 2022 and Vice President for Omnichannel Initiatives and Environmental and Social Responsibility. Prior to this, he also served as Director of Ecommerce of the company from August 2018 to August 2020.

Mr. Gualberto Hernandez has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Financial Officer of the company since June 2025. Prior to joining PriceSmart, he served as the Vice President of Finance and Strategy for Latin America for The Estee Lauder Companies Inc from January 2016 to June 2025. During his tenure in The Estee Lauder Companies Inc, he also served as the Vice President and General Manager for Latin America for La Mer from 2020 to 2023 and as the Vice President Finance for Emerging Markets from July 2024 to June 2025. Prior to The Estee Lauder Companies Inc, Mr. Hernandez served as the Chief Operating Officer, Finance and Operations of Latin America for Sephora from November 2013 to January 2016.

Mr. John D. Hildebrandt has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company since December 2022. Previously, he served as an Executive Vice President of the company from May 2022 to December 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Acting Chief Operating Officer from March 2022 to May 2022. Previously he also served as the Executive Vice President of Operations of the company from February 2010 to February 2022. Mr. Hildebrandt served as the Executive Vice President of Central America and Trinidad Operations from March 2009 to January 2010, Executive Vice President of Central America Operations from August 2003 to February 2009, Executive Vice President of Caribbean and Asia Operations from July 2001 to July 2003 and as Senior Vice President of the Company from September 2000 to July 2001. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President of the company from September 1998 to August 2000, Country Manager in Philippines and Panama of the company from August 1997 to August 1998. Earlier, he served in various management roles for The Price Company

Mr. Wayne Sadin has been an Executive Vice President and the Chief Information Officer of the company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as an Independent IT Advisory and Technology Analyst for Via Group Partners, Wiginton Fire Systems, Orion Group Holdings.
