Mr. Jerry Fowden has been the Chairman of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the company from 2009 to 2018. Earlier, he served as President of Cott’s international operating segment, Interim President North America and Interim President of Cott’s UK and European business from 2007 to 2009.

Mr. Robbert Rietbroek has been the Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as a Senior Vice President and General Manager for Quaker Foods North America and Senior Vice President and General Manager at PepsiCo Australia and New Zealand.

Mr. David Hass has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer at Primo Water Corp from 2017 to 2020. He also served as Vice President of Strategy, Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis General Manager of the Canadian Business Unit and General Manager of Primo’s Water Direct Business Unit of Primo Water Corp from 2011 to 2017. Prior to that, Mr. David served as an Associate in the Client Financial Management practice at Accenture.

Mr. Jason Ausher has been the Chief Accounting Officer of the company since 2015. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President in Treasurer and Corporate Development of the company from 2011 to 2015. Previously, he also served as the Corporate Controller of the company from 2010 to 2011 and as a Controller for the company's US business unit from 2008 to 2010. Mr. Jason also held numerous positions with Walter Industries, Inc. and Mueller Water Products Inc from 2003 to 2008.

Mr. Jamieson has been the Chief Information Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President for GNC from 2015 to 2019. Previously, he held various senior roles at Charming Charlie and Chico’s FAS, Inc from 2000 to 2015.
