Mr. Hamid R. Moghadam has been the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since 2012. He co-founded AMB Property Corporation (AMB) and the Chief Executive Officer of AMB from 1997 to 2011. He serves on the board of the Stanford Management Company. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Stanford Management Company. Earlier, he served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors for the Urban Land Institute.

Mr. Tim Arndt has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Treasurer and Managing Director of the company. Corporation. Earlier, he worked at AMB Property, Gap Inc., and Forest City Enterprises.

Mr. Carter Andrus has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Operations at the company from 2022 to 2024. Mr. Andrus was the President of the company’s Central Region. Earlier, he served as a Senior Vice President at Colliers International in Chicago. Previously, he was the President and executive board member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP) Chicago Chapter. He joined the company in 2008.

Mr. Sineesh Keshav has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at Experian. Previously, he led application development role at Safeway and held various leadership roles at American Express.

Mr. Edward S. Nekritz has been the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as the General Counsel of the company from 1998 to 2011; and Secretary of the company from 1999 to 2011. He serves on the technical committee of FIBRA Prologis. Previously, he worked as an Attorney at Mayer, Brown & Platt (currently Mayer Brown LLP).
