Ms. Maria Lorena Gutierrez Botero has been the Chairman of the company since September 2018. Prior to this, she worked as the Dean of the School of Administration at Universidad de los Andes, Minister of Foreign Trade in Colombia and an Advisor and Consultant for several companies. Mrs. Botero also served on the Board of European Foundation for Management Development, Durham University, Tulane University and Universidad de los Andes, the SUMAQ Alliance, the Latin American Council of Schools of Management, the Business Association for Latin American Studies and Corporacion Calidad de Colombia.

Mr. Juan Manuel Rojas Payan has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Vice-President of Strategy and New Business Division at Ecopetrol. Mr. Payan also served as the World Bank consultant in Energy Projects in Africa, Bolivia, Honduras and Brazil, and Deputy Minister of Energy in Colombia.

Mr. Aquiles Mercado Gonzalez has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to this, he was the Vice President of Finance and Administration at Promigas SA.

Mr. Alejandro Villalba McCausland is the Chief Operating Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of Operations Manager from 2005 to 2017. Prior to this, he was also the HSE Manager of the company. Mr. McCausland was also General Manager of PSI from 2007 to 2011. Earlier, he also served as the Operations and Control Center Coordinator at the company from 1998 to 2005. He also worked as the Operations Engineer at the company from 1994 to 1998.
