Mr. Eugene Williams has been the Chairman of the company since October 2021. He also served as Chairman of ProMIS Neurosciences Inc since 2015. Prior to this, he served as Senior Vice President at Genzyme. Mr. Williams is also the Founder and Director of Adheris. He served as Strategy Consultant at Bain and Corporate Decisions Inc.; Co-Head of Healthcare; and Chief Executive Officer of Dart Therapeutics.

Dr. Cashman has been the Chief Scientific Officer and a Director of ProMIS Neurosciences Inc since 2014. He serves as a Professor at University of British Columbia (UBC); Canada Research Chairman in Neurodegeneration and Protein Misfolding Diseases (UBC) and Director of ALS Clinic Vancouver.

Mr. Daniel E. Geffken has been the Chief Financial Officer of ProMIS Neurosciences Inc since 2017. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer Homology, Inc, GenePeeks, Inc., Transkaryotic Therapies, Inc, Cidara, Inc, Apellis, Inc and Stealth BioTherapeutics, Inc. He is a founding Managing Director of Danforth Advisors, LLC, a consulting firm providing finance, operations and strategic support to life science companies.

Mr. Gavin T. Malenfant has been the Chief Operating Officer of the company since October 2021.Prior to that, he served as the Head of operations for Sarepta.

Mr. Larry Altstiel has been the Chief Medical Officer of the company since April 2022. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and Head of Neuroscience Clinical Research at Pfizer.
