Mr. John Francis Barry has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Bondnet Trading Systems, Inc. Mr. Barry also served at USEC, Inc.; L.F. Rothschild & Company; Merrill Lynch & Co. and Davis Polk & Wardwell.

Mr. Michael Grier Eliasek has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of the company. Previously, Mr. Eliasek served as a Managing Director at Prospect Street Ventures, an investment management firm. He also served as a Consultant at Bain & Company, a consulting firm. Mr. Eliasek also serves as the Managing Director at Prospect Capital Management and Prospect Administration; and Director at Prospect Capital Corporation.

Ms. Kristin L Van Dask serves as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Compliance Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of the company. Previously, she served as the Accounting Manager at GSC Group LLC and also held various Assurance Practice positions at Ernst & Young LLP.

Mr. Al Faella serves as the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Previously, he served at Warren Systems Group.

Steven Stone serves as the Chief Credit Officer of the company. Previously, he served at Greystone Companies, Sovereign Bank, Wells Fargo Century, and Congress Financial Corporation.
