Mr. Ian Goldberg has been the Chief Financial Officer and Joint Company Secretary of the company since March 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Tiger Resources. Before that, Mr. Goldberg held a number of Chief Financial Officer positions at producing mining companies across Africa and Australia.

Mr. Roger Tyler is the Chief Geologist of the company. He also serves as the Technical Director at Farvic Consolidated Mines. Prior to this, Mr. Tyler served as the Senior Resource Analyst for Anglo American Corporation. Prior to this, he served as the DRC Exploration Manager of Anvil Mining.

Mr. Mark Wheatley has been the Chairman of the company since January 2021. He also serves as the Director of Ora Banda Mining Ltd, and Peninsula Energy Limited. Prior to this, Mr. Wheatley served as the Chairman of Norton Gold Fields Limited, Xanadu Mines Ltd, and Gold One International Limited. He also served as the Director of St Barbara Limited. Mr. Wheatley was the founding director of Uranium One Inc.
