Mr. Chia Ah Hoo has been the Chief Operating Officer and a Director of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of PT Adaro Indonesia. He also served as the President Director of PT Alam Tri Abadi, PT Alam Tri Bangun Indonesia, PT Alam Tri Daya Indonesia; and a Director of PT Viscaya Investments. Previously, he served as the President Commissioner of PT Semesta Centramas, PT Paramitha Cipta Sarana and PT Laskar Semesta Alam. Mr. Hoo served as a Director at Adaro Capital Limited, Kestrel Coal Resources Pty ltd, Kestrel Coal Group Pty Ltd, and Adaro Australia Pty Ltd.

Mr. Syah Indra Aman has been the Chief Legal Officer and a Director of the company since 2011. Prior to this, he served as a Director of PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk, PT Alam Tri Abadi, Adaro Australia Pty Ltd, Kestrel Coal Group Pty Ltd, and Adaro Capital Limited. He also served as the President Commissioner of various Indonesian companies, including PT Indonesia Bulk Terminal, PT Adaro Logistics, PT Sarana Daya Mandiri, PT Puradika Bongkar Muat Makmur and PT Harapan Bahtera Internusa.

Mr. Edwin Soeryadjaya has been the President Commissioner of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President and a Director of Astra International. He also served as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Adaro Bangun Negeri Foundation, and a member of the Trustees of the Ora Et Labora Foundation. Currently, he serves as the President Commissioner of PT Dianlia Setyamukti, PT Viscaya Investments, PT Adaro Strategic Capital, PT Adaro Strategic Investments, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk, PT Adaro Strategic Lestari, PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk, PT Tower Bersama Infrastucture Tbk and PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk; and the Chairman of Interra Resources Limited.

Mr. Garibaldi Thohir has been the President Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2008. Prior to this, he served as a Commissioner of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. He also served as the President Commissioner of various other Indonesian companies, including PT Adaro Indonesia, PT Alam Tri Abadi, PT Bukit Enim Energi, PT Adaro Persada Mandiri, PT Adaro Tirta Mandiri and PT Adaro Power. Previously, he served as the President Director of PT Trinugraha Thohir Holding, PT Viscaya Investments and PT Dianlia Setyamukti; and a Commissioner of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk.

Mr. Lie Luckman has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2018. Prior to this, he served as an Auditor at Public Accounting Firm Prasetio, Utomo & Co. He also served as a Commissioner of various Indonesian companies, including PT Adaro Indonesia, PT Semesta Centramas, PT Paramitha Cipta Sarana, PT Bhakti Energi Persada, PT Laskar Semesta Alam, PT Maruwai Coal, PT Sumber Barito Coal, PT Kalteng Coal, PT Juloi Coal, PT Lahai Coal, PT Pari Coal, PT Ratah Coal and PT Saptaindra Sejati. Previously, he served as a Director of Adaro Capital Limited and Adaro Australia Pty Ltd.
