Mr. Jahja Setiaatmadja has been the President Commissioner of the bank since 2025. Previously, he served as the President Director from 2011 to 2025. Prior to this, he held the position of Deputy President Director from 2005 to 2011. He served as a Director at BCA from 1999 to 2005 and has held various managerial positions at BCA since 1990. Before joining BCA, he was the Finance Director at PT Indomobil from 1989 to 1990 and held various managerial roles at PT Kalbe Farma from 1980 to 1989, culminating as the Finance Director. He began his career in 1979 as an accountant at Price Waterhouse.

Mr. Gregory Hendra Lembong has been the President Director of the bank since 2025. Previously, he served as the Deputy President Director from 2022 to 2025, overseeing the Finance & Corporate Planning Director and the Transaction Banking Director. Prior to this, he was the Chief Transformation Officer at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk from 2019 to 2020, and the Chief Fintech Officer at CIMB Group Malaysia from 2018. He also held the position of CEO Group of Transaction Banking at CIMB Group Malaysia from 2016 to 2018 and was the Chief of Transaction Banking at PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk from 2013 to 2018. His earlier roles include Regional Head of Transaction Services at J.P. Morgan Asia-Pacific from 2010 to 2013 and Global COO & Head of Business Development at Deutsche Bank from 2009 to 2010.

Mr. I Ketut Alam Wangsawijaya has been the Corporate Secretary of the bank since 2025. Previously, he served as the Head of Business Development & Marketing for Banking Transactions at the bank until 2025. Prior to this, he held the position of President Commissioner at PT Penyelesaian Transaksi Elektronik Nasional from 2020. He began his career at Bank Bali as a Branch Re-engineering Project Team Member from 1997 to 1999 and held various roles including Business Finance Officer at Standard Chartered Bank from 2000 to 2001, Campaign Management Head at Citibank from 2001 to 2005, and Assistant Vice President at ABN AMRO Bank from 2006 to 2007.

Mr. Armand Wahyudi Hartono has been the Deputy President Director of the bank since 2016. Previously, he served as a Director at the bank. Prior to this, he was the Head of Regional Planning and Development at BCA. He held several executive positions at PT Djarum, including Finance Director and Deputy Director for Purchasing. He began his career as an Analyst at Global Credit Research and Investment Banking, JP Morgan Singapore.

Mr. John Kosasih has been the Deputy President Director of the bank since 2025. Previously, he served as the Director of the bank, responsible for the Commercial & SME Division, Cash Management, and Credit Service Center from 2021. He was the President Director of PT Bank BCA Syariah from 2016 to 2021. Prior to this, he held various positions at PT Bank Danamon Indonesia Tbk from 2000 to 2005 and at PT Bank Central Asia Tbk from 2005 to 2010. He also served as the Director and Vice President Director of PT Bank BCA Syariah from 2010 to 2016.
