Mr. Chartsiri Sophonpanich has been the President Commissioner of PermataBank since April 2020. He also serves as the Chairman of Bangkok Bank (China) Company Limited, President of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Director of Post Publishing Public Company Limited, Director and Member of Board of Executive Directors of Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Member of National Strategy Committee, and Member of National Economic Reform Committee. Mr. Sophonpanich also served as a Director of Electronic Transactions Development Agency from 2014 to 2019, Member of the Board of Investment from 2011 to 2014, Director of the Thai Asset Management Corporation from 2010 to 2011, Director of Payment Systems Committee and Chairmanof Thai Bankers’ Association from 2010 to 2014, Member of The National Legislative Assembly from 2006 to 2008, Chairman of Thai Bankers’ Association from 2002 to 2006, Director of Thai Asset Management Corporation from 2002 to 2006, and Director of VISA International-Asia Pacific from 2001 to 2008.

Ms. Meliza Musa Rusli has been the President Director of the bank since May 2022. Prior to this, she served as the Vice President Director of the bank. Previously, she served as the Chief of Group Digital Strategy at PT Astra International Tbk from August 2020 to October 2021 and as Chief of Corporate Development from February 2016 to October 2021. She worked with PT Astra Digital Arta and held various roles including the President Director and Commissioner. She also worked with PT Solusi Mobilitas Bangsa, Accenture, Goldman Sachs, PT Ancora Indonesia Resource Tbk, Credit Suisse, UBS, Lehman Brothers, and PT IBM Indonesia.

Mr. Chalit Tayjasanant has been a Commissioner of the bank since May 2022. Prior to this, he served as the President Director of the bank from June 2021 to May 2022. Formerly, he served as a Commissioner of the bank from 2020 to 2021. Previously, he served as an Executive Advisor at Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited between 2019 and 2020. He served as General Manager of the Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited from 2002 to 2019. Formerly, he worked as the Chief Executive Officer of the Bangkok Bank Berhad, Malaysia. Mr. Tayjasanant held various positions at Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited from 1984 to 2002.

Ms. Niramarn Laisathit has been a Commissioner of the bank since May 2020. She also serves as a Director of RATCH Group Public Company Limited, Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand, and Bangkok Bank (China) Company Limited; and Senior Executive Vice President of Corporate Banking at Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited. Formerly, she various roles in Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited including Executive Vice President, Senior Vice President of Project Finance Division, Executive Vice President of Light Industry, Energy, Conglomerate 3, Multinational 1, and Executive Vice President of Light Industry, Energy, Service Industry, Textile and Garment. Previously, she worked with Gateaux House Company Limited and served as Management Trainee.
