Mr. Franky Oesman Widjaja has been the President Commissioner of the company since 2011. Currently, he serves as the President Commissioner of PT SMART Tbk since 2003; President Commissioner of PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk since 2001; and Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Golden Agri-Resources Ltd since 2000.

Mr. L. Krisnan Cahya has been the President Director of the company since 2009. Previously, he served as the Chairman of Golden Energy and Resources Limited from 2015 to 2021. Earlier, he served as the President Director of Golden Energy Mines Tbk from 2011 to 2012; President Commissioner of PT Borneo Indobara from 2011 to 2012; Director of PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk from 2005 to 2008; and Commissioner and Director of PT Multipolar Tbk from 2001 to 2008. He held several senior positions at PT Bank Bali Tbk from 1995 to 2000; and PT Bank Panin Tbk from 1984 to 1995.

Mr. Lokita Prasetya has been the Vice President Director and Director of Energy and Chemical Business at the company since 2021. He serves as the President Commissioner of PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk. Previously, Mr. Prasetya served as the President Director of PT Sulfindo Adiusaha from 2016 to 2017, Director of PT Artha Sumatera Energi from 2010 to 2016, President Director of PT Merak Energi Indonesia since 2007 to 2016, and Director of PT Satomo Indovyl Polymer and PT Satomo Indovyl Monomer from 1994 to 2002.

Mr. Daniel Cahya has been the Director of Strategic Planning & Investment of the company since 2021. He served as the Group Head of Corporate Finance & Business Development of the Company from 2015 to 2021. Previously, Mr. Cahya served as the Section Head of Merger & Acquisition at PT Bumi Serpong Damai from 2013 to 2015.

Mr. Handhianto Suryo Kentjono has been a Commissioner of the company since 2021. He served as the Chief Operating Officer at Mayapada Healthcare Group from 2016 to 2019. Previously, Mr. Kentjono served as the Group Director PT Global Mediacom from 2006 to 2016.
