Mr. Agus Lasmono has been the President Commissioner of the company since 2017. He also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Indika Inti Corpindo since 2004 and PT Indika Inti Holdiko since 2004, and as President Director of PT Indika Multi Media since 2002. Previously he served as the Vice President Commissioner of Indika Energy from 2007 to 2017. Prior to this, he also held positions such as President Commissioner of PT Net Mediatama Televisi from 2012 to 2021, Commissioner of Kideco from 2004 to2017, and Independent Commissioner of PT Surya Citra Media Tbk from 2005 to 2013 and PT Surya Citra Televisi from 2005 to 2013.

Mr. Azis Armand has been the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as a Director of the company in 2007. He serves as the President Commissioner of Kideco in 2018, PT Mitrabahtera Segara Sejati Tbk in 2017, PT Indika Indonesia Resources in 2018, PT Indika Energy Trading in 2018, PT Zebra Cross Teknologi in 2018. He also served as the Commissioner of PT Indika Infrastruktur Investindo in 2008 and Vice President Director at PT Indika Inti Corpindo in 2016. He also serves as a Director of PT Tripatra Multi Energi, PT Indika Energy Infrastructure and PT Indika Multi Energi Internasional since 2018.

Mr. Retina Rosabai has been the Chief Financial Officer and a Director of the company since 2020. Mrs. Rosabai also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Indika Indonesia Resources, Commissioner of Kideco, and Director of PT Indika Inti Corpindo. Prior to this, Mrs. Rosabai served as the Commissioner of Petrosea, and Vice President Director of MBSS. She served as the Vice President Corporate Finance of PT Holdiko Perkasa, Commissioner of PT Indomarco Prismata, Director of Guangdong Jiangmen ISN Float Glass Co. Ltd., China. Prior to this, Mrs. Rosabi served as the Director of Indo Sembawang Nippon Glass Pte., Ltd., Singapore, Commissioner of PT Indomarco Adi Prima and PT Salim Ivomas Pratama, Prior to this she worked as the Senior Investment Analyst at UBS Securities Indonesia, Senior Investment Analyst at Sun Hung Kai Securities, Auditor for KPMG Indonesia, and Accountant at Mon Valley Travel, Inc.

Mr. Prabaharan Gopalan serves as the Chief Information Officer of the company. He also served as the Vice President Director. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Strategy Officer at PT Solusi Mobilitas Indonesia.

Mr. Purbaja Pantja has been the Chief Investment Officer, and a Director of the company since 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Deputy Director, and the Chief Investment Officer. Mr. Pantja also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Xapiens Teknologi Indonesia, and PT Zebra Cross Teknologi. He serves as the Commissioner of Petrosea, Tripatra, Kideco, PT Indika Indonesia Resources, PT Tripatra Multi Energi, PT Cirebon Electric Power, PT Cirebon Power Services, PT Interport Mandiri Utama, PT Indy Properti Indonesia, and PT Indika Multi Properti. Mr. Pantja also serves as the President Director of PT Indika Mineral Investindo, and PT Indika Digital Teknologi. He serves as the Director of Indika Ventures Pte. Ltd. Prior to this, Mr. Pantja served as the Senior Director at Capital Group Private Markets, and President Director of PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk. He served as the Head of Strategic Coverage Indonesia at Standard Chartered Bank Singapore, Head of Global Banking Indonesia at Deutsche Bank Singapore, and Head of Investment Banking, Indonesia at NM Rothschild & Sons, Singapore.
