Mr. Manuel V. Pangilinan has been the President Commissioner of the company since 1999. Previously, he served as the Managing Director of First Pacific Company Limited from 1981 to 1999. Mr. Pangilinan served as the Executive Chairman of the company from 1999 to 2003 and he was appointed as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer later. He also serves as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Metro Pacific Investment Corporation, and the Chairman of PLDT Inc, Smart Communications Inc, ePLDT Inc, PLDT Communications and Energy Ventures Inc, Manila Electric Company, Global Business Power Corporation, Maynilad Water Services Inc, and Metro Pacific Tollways Corporation. Mr. Pangilinan is also the Chairman of Philex Mining Corporation, PXP Energy Corporation, Landco Pacific Corporation, Medical Doctors, Inc, Davao Doctors Inc, Colinas Verdes Corporation, Mediaquest Holdings Inc, and Associated Broadcasting Corporation (TV5), and the Vice Chairman of Roxas Holdings Inc.

Mr. Anthoni Salim has been the President Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2004. He also serves as the President Director of ICBP, Chairman of First Pacific Company Ltd and President and Chief Executive Officer of Salim Group. Prior to this, he also served as a Director of First Pacific from 1981 to 2003.
