Mr. John A. Prasetio has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Previously, he served as an Executive Chairman of Prasetio Utomo, Asia Pacific Chief Executive Officer/Area Managing Partner of Andersen Worldwide, Senior Advisory Partner of Ernst & Young Asia Pacific, and Chairman of Ernst & Young Indonesia. Currently, he serves as the President Commissioner of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Independent Commissioner of PT Global Mediacom Tbk and Senior Advisor at Crowe Indonesia.

Mr. John Riady has been the Chief Executive Officer and a Director of the company since 2019. He serves as the Founder and President Commissioner of OVO. He also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk.

Mr. Ketut Budi Wijaya has been the Commissioner of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk and Commissioner of PT Gowa Makassar Tourism Development Tbk. Previously he served as a Director of Bowsprit Capital Corp Ltd and LMIRT Management Limited, Singapore. Earlier, he held various positions at Lippo Group such as President Commissioner of PT Siloam International Hospitals Tbk from 2013 to 2016, President Commissioner of PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk from 2009 to 2017, Commissioner of PT Multifiling Mitra Indonesia Tbk from 2010 to 2015. Earlier, he served as an Independent Commissioner of PT Multipolar Tbk from 2006 to 2008 and Director of PT Matahari Putra Prima Tbk from 2005 to 2006.

Mr. Daniel Phua has been a Director of the company since 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Head of Business Transformation/Group CFO di Blue Bird. Previously, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Singapore Post; Head of Group Audit and Risk Management di PT Astra International Tbk; and also, been the Manager of Technology and Security Risk Services at Ernst & Young from 2001 to 2002.
