Mr. Dani Lihardja has been the Corporate Secretary of the company since 2021. Currently, he serves as a Commissioner of the company since 2013. He also serves President Director of PT Pasar Dana Pinjam since 2016, Commissioner of Panji Ratu Jakarta since 2016, and President Commissioner of Sinarmas Ventura. Previously, he served as a Member of the Audit Committee of PT Sinar Mas Multifnance between 2013 and 2016. He served as Vice President Director between 2010 and 2012 and Director of Credit and Marketing of PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk between 2006 and 2010. Formerly, he worked with Tamara Commercial Bank, PT Bank International Indonesia Tbk, and Elly Soehandjojo.

Mr. Agus Leman Gunawan has been a Director of the company since 2012. Currently, he serves as the President Commissioner at PT Dana Pinjaman Inklusif since 2018. Previously, he served as a Member of the Audit Committee in various companies including PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk, PT SMART Tbk, and PT Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk. He served as President Director of PT Dana Usaha Makmur and Senior Advisor of PT Bank Sinarmas Tbk from 2006 to 2010. Formerly, he served as Director of Finance of PT Voksel Cable between 2003 and 2005. He also worked with PT Bank Danamon Indonesia and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Mr. Burhanuddin Abdullah has been the President Director of the company since June 2021. Previously, he served as Governor of Bank Indonesia from 2003 to 2008. He also served as Coordinating Minister in Gotong Royong Cabinet in 2001 and Deputy Governor at Bank Indonesia in 2000. Formerly, he served as Deputy Head of Economic and Monetary Research at Bank Indonesia from 1996 to 1997. He worked with PT Intraport Teh Jaya and International Monetary Fund.

Mr. Fuganto Widjaja is the President Commissioner of the company. He also serves as President Commissioner of PT Roundhill Capital Indonesia since 2011, Commissioner of PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk since 2016, and PT Borneo Indobara since December 2011. He has also serves as President Director of PT Berau Coal Energy since 2016. Previously, he served as President Director at PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk between January 2012 and 2016. He also served as Vice President Director at PT Borneo Indobara between 2006 and 2011 and President Director at PT Super Wahana Tehno from 2005 to 2006. Earlier, he served as an Investment Analyst of UBS Bank in 2003.
