Ms. Enny Hartati Sampurno has been the Director for Integrated Operations of the company since 2016. Previously, she served as the Human Resource Director from 2011 to 2015. Prior to this, Ms. Sampurno held several senior roles at the company including General Manager of Supply Planning from 2009 to 2011; Commercial Manager of HPC from 2008 to 2009; Commercial Manager of Customer Care from 2006 to 2008; Senior Finance Business Partner in 2006 and Commercial Manager of Customer Care from 2005 to 2006. She joined the company in 1991.

Mr. Willy Saelan has been the Director of Human Resources of the company since 2016. Previously, he served as the Head of HR for Marketing and Sales at the company from 2011 to 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Saelan served as the Acting Head of HR at Unilever Australia and New Zealand in 2015; HR Director Marketing & R&D Southeast Asia from 2009 to 2011, HR Director Leadership Supply & Organization Effectiveness, AACEE (Asia Africa Middle East, Eastern Europe Region) from 2007 to 2009, and Indonesia & Philippines Reward Director from 2005 to 2006. He joined the company in 1995.

Ms. Ira Noviarti has been the President Director of the Company since 2020. Previously, she worked as the Director of Beauty and Personal Care at the company from 2017 to 2020. Prior to this, Ms. Noviarti served as the Managing Director for Unilever Foods Solutions South East Asia from 2015 to 2017, Managing Director in charge of Ice Cream, Media and Consumer Market Insight of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk from 2010 to 2015.

Mr. Sanjiv Mehta has been the President Commissioner of the company since 2022. He also serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Hindustan Unilever Limited. Previously, he served as the Chairman and Managing Director of Hindustan Unilever Limited from 2018 to 2022, Chairman of Unilever-North Africa and Middle East from 2008 to 2013. Prior to this, he worked as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Unilever Philippines Inc. from 2007 to 2008, Chairman and Managing Director of Unilever Bangladesh Limited from 2002 to 2006 and Commercial Director of Unilever Bangladesh from 1999 to 2001.
