Mr. Muhamad Chatib Basri has been the President Commissioner of the company since 2019. He also serves as the Member of Advisory Council on Gender and Development, World Bank, Director of Axiata Group Berhad, and President Commissioner of PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. Previously, he served as the Commissioner at XL Axiata from 2015 to 2016. Prior to this, he worked as the Minister of Finance of Republic Indonesia, Ministry of Finance of Republic Indonesia from 2013 to 2014. Mr. Basri also worked as the Chairman of Investment Coordination Board, and Investment Coordination Board of Republic of Indonesia from 2012 to 2013 and Commissioner of XL Axiata from 2011 to 2012.

Ms. Dian Siswarini has been the President Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company since 2019. She also serves as the President Commissioner of PT Hipernet Indodata, Commissioner of PT Link Net Tbk, and President Director of XL Axiata. She joined the company in 1996 and held various positions at the Department of Network and Engineering. Previously, she worked as the Vice President Director of the company, and Chief Marketing and Operation Officer of Axiata Group Berhad. She also worked as the Chief Digital Services Officer from 2011 to 2014 and Network Services Director from 2007 to 2011 of the company.

Mr. I Gede Darmayusa has been the Chief Technology Officer and Director of the company since 2020. He also serves as a Director at XL Axiata. Previously, he served as the Commissioner at PT Princeton Digital Group Data Centres from 2019 to 2022), Interim Chief Technology Officer at XL Axiata, and Group Head Technology Strategy and Architecture at XL Axiata from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, he served as the Group Head Program Management from 2017 to 2019, and Group Head Operation Service Management from 2014 to 2017 at XL Axiata. Mr. Darmayusa also served as the Chief Project and Implementation Officer at Tower Bersama from 2011 to 2014, and Lead Account Manager of Services at Nokia Siemens Network from 2004 to 2011.

Ms. Yessie Dianty Yosetya has been the Chief Digital Transformation and Enterprise Business Officer and Director of the company since 2019. She also serves as the Commissioner of PT Hipernet Indodata, Director of XL Axiata, and Commissioner of PT One Indonesia Synergy. Previously, she served as the Director from 2016 to 2019, Chief Digital Services Officer from 2015 to 2016 at XL Axiata. Prior to this, she worked as the Vice President Digital Services from 2013 to 2015, Senior General Manager of Mobile Finance from 2011 to 2013, Senior General Manager of IT Development from 2009 to 2011 and General Manager Business of Support System from 2006 to 2009 at XL Axiata.
