Mr. Robert P. Schechter is the Chairman of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of NMS Communications Corporation from 1995 to 2008. Previously, he worked as the Senior Vice President of International Operations at Lotus Development Corporation from 1990 to 1994. He also worked as the Chief Financial Officer at Lotus Development Corp from 1987 to 1990.

Mr. Neil Barua has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since February 2024. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of ServiceMax. Prior to that, Mr. Barua served as an operating partner at Silver Lake.

Mr. Kristian Talvitie has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Syncsort Inc from 2018 to 2019. He served as the Chief Financial Officer at Sovos Compliance LLC from 2016 to 2018. He also served as the Vice President of Finance of the company from 2013 to 2016 and as the Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Financial Planning and Analysis and Investor Relations of the company from 2010 to 2013.

Mr. Michael DiTullio has been the President and Chief Operating Officer of the company since February 2023. Previously, he served as the President of Digital Thread Group of the company. Prior to this, he served as an Executive Officer in the United States Army and worldwide marketing product manager for Abbott Laboratories’ Diagnostics Division. Currently, Mr. DiTullio serves as a member of the board of directors for The National Association of Manufacturers.

Mr. Steve Dertien is the Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as Business Systems Analyst and a Manufacturing Engineer at Medtronic. Currently, he serves as a member of the Massachusetts Technology Leadership Council's Technology and Innovation Advisory Board. Mr. Dertien joined the company in 2020.
