Mr. Ashok Chandra has been the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the bank since 2025. He also serves as a Director of the bank. Previously, he served as a Director at Canara Bank from 2022 to 2025. Prior to this, he held the position of Chief General Manager at Union Bank of India, where he was responsible for Recovery, Legal, and Stressed Asset Management. He began his banking career as a Probationary Officer at Corporation Bank in 1991, progressing to various leadership roles, including Branch Head and overseeing the Representative Office in Dubai.

Mr. Kalyan Kumar has been an Executive Director of the bank since 2021. Previously, he served as the Chief General Manager at Union Bank of India. He started his career as a Rural Development Officer in 1995 and held various roles, including Branch Head and Principal of the Staff Training College. He also contributed to the Bank’s Business Process Transformation and Credit Review & Monitoring. Mr. Kumar was instrumental in the successful amalgamation of Andhra Bank and Corporation Bank into Union Bank of India.

Mr. M. Paramasivam has been an Executive Director of the bank since 2022. Previously, he served as the Branch Head of various Local Banks, the Regional Head, and the Circle Head at different regional and circle offices of Canara Bank. Prior to this, he served as the Wing Head at the Priority Credit Wing at the Head Office of Canara Bank. He began his career as an Agricultural Extension Officer at Canara Bank in 1990.

Mr. Bibhu Prasad Mahapatra has been an Executive Director of the bank since 2023. Previously, he served as the Chief General Manager of the Mumbai Zone at Punjab National Bank. Prior to this, he started his banking journey in Punjab National Bank as a Management Trainee in 1989 and has held various positions across the country over his extensive career.

Mr. Raman Grover has been the Chief Financial Officer and Chief General Manager, Finance Division, Head Office of the company since September 2025.
