Mr. Patrick J. Beirne has been the Chairman of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Nelson Pipeline Constructors LLC, and also serves as the Director of Ox Engineered Products, Inc, and DPIS Engineering, LLC. Prior to this, Mr. Beirne served as the Central Area President at Pulte Group, Inc from 2008-2014.

Mr. Mark W. Harding has been the Chief Executive Officer, Director, and President of the company since 2005. He also serves as the President and Director of the Rangeview Metropolitan District, Sky Ranch Metropolitan District Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 and the Sky Ranch Community Authority Board. Mr. Harding also serves as the President of the South Metro Water Supply Authority, and also serves as the Director Hawaiian Macadamia Nut Orchards, L.P. Prior to this, Mr. Harding served as the Chief Financial Officer of the company. He joined the company in 1990 as Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Harding worked in Price Waterhouse from 1988-1990.

Mr. Marc Spezialy has been the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer and Principal Financial Officer of the Company since July 2023. Prior to this, he served as a Vice President, Controller, of Pulte Mortgage LLC, a subsidiary of PulteGroup, Inc. Prior to this he served as the Vice President Finance for Alviere and Chief Financial Officer of Equinox.
