Mr. Charles Giancarlo has been the Chairman of the company since 2018 and Chief Executive Officer since 2017. Previously, he served as the Managing Director, Head of Value Creation, and Senior Advisor at Silver Lake Partners from 2007 to 2015. Prior to this, Mr. Giancarlo served as the Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Avaya from 2008 to 2009. Earlier, he served as the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Development Officer at Cisco Systems from 1993 to 2007.

Mr. John Coz Colgrove has been the Chief Visionary Officer of the company since 2021. He also serves as the Director of the company. Previously, Mr. Colgrove served as the Chief Technology Officer at the company from 2009 to 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Technology Officer at Symantec from 2005 to 2008.

Mr. Tarek Robbiati has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2025. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer from August 2023 to December 2023, and Director from 2022 to 2023 at RingCentral, Inc. Prior to this, Mr. Robbiati served as the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Strategy of Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. (HPE) from 2018 to 2023. Earlier, he also served at Sprint Corporation, FlexiGroup Limited in Australia, Telstra International Group in Hong Kong, and Hong Kong CSL Limited.

Ms. Lynn Lucas has been the Chief Marketing Officer of the company since 2023. Prior to this, she served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Cohesity and Veritas and Good Technology. Previously, Ms. Lucas served as the Vice President of Collaboration Solutions at Cisco Systems.

Mr. Joseph Pinto has been the Chief Customer Experience Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President at Cisco.
