Mr. Matthew P Flake has been the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2024. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Sales at the company from 2005 to 2008. He also served as a Regional Sales Director at S1 Corporation from 2002 to 2005. Mr. Flake served as the Regional Sales Manager at Q-Up Systems from 1999 to 2002, and has served as the Chief Executive Officer at Q2 Software since 2011.

Mr. Jonathan Price has been the Chief Financial Officer of the company since November 2024. Previously, he served as Executive Vice President, Strategy and Emerging Businesses from 2023 to 2024; Executive Vice President, Emerging Businesses, Corporate and Business Development from 2020 to 2023; Senior Vice President, Emerging Businesses, Corporate and Business Development from 2019 to September 2020. From January 2019 to October 2019, Mr. Price served as our Senior Vice President, Corporate and Business Development, and from February 2018 until January 2019, served as our Senior Vice President, Corporate Development. Prior to this, he served as Vice President, Technology Investment Banking from 2012 to 2015.

Mr. Adam D. Blue has been the Chief Technology Officer of the company. Previously, he served as the Vice President of product development. Prior to this, he served as Vice President of Internet Operations and the Chief Network Engineer for Harte-Hanks Response Management.

Ms. Kimberly A. Rutledge has been the Chief People Officer of the company since 2023. Previously, she served as the Executive Vice President of People and Senior Vice President of Human Resources of the company from 2017 to 2019. Prior to this, she served as Vice President, Human Resources and Talent with SunPower Corporation. She also served at Dell, The Home Depot and AutoTrader.com.

Mr. John E Breeden has been the Chief Delivery Officer of the company since 2024. Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer from 2020 to 2024. Prior to this, Mr. Breeden served as the Executive Vice President of Operations from 2019 to 2020. Mr. Breeden also served as Executive Vice President, Emerging Markets, from 2013 to 2019. Earlier, he served as the Senior Vice President of Implementations at the company from 2011 to 2013.served as the Vice President of Corporate Services at Activant Solutions from 2007 to 2011. He also served as the Vice President of Information Technology at Activant Solutions from June 2005 to October 2007, and Director of Corporate Planning from October 2002 to June 2005.
