Mr. Gourang Hemani is the Chief Financial Officer of the bank. Prior to joining the bank, he was the Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Banque Saudi Fransi. Mr. Hemani has more than 31 years of accounting and finance experience with international banks and with major audit firms.

Mr. Rakesh Sanghvi is the Chief Risk Officer of the bank. Previously, he served as the Group Head of Risk Management at Ahli United Bank in Bahrain. Earlier, Mr. Sanghvi worked with Ernst & Young in Bahrain for its audit and consulting practice. He has more than 34 years of in Risk, Corporate Banking and Corporate Finance.

Mr. Constantinos Constantinides is the Chief Strategy & Digital Officer of the bank. He was appointed as Chief Strategy Officer in 2012. Prior to this, he held various senior positions at Al Rajhi Bank most recently served as the General Manager of Strategy. Previously, he served as Deputy General Manager of Al Rajhi Retail Banking Group.

Mr. Saleem Ul Haq is the Chief Operating Officer of Operations & IT Group at the bank. He has worked in multiple positions in Business, Risk, Control and Back-office functions with Barclays, Citigroup, Bank One and Africa & Gulf Bank. He served as the Chief Executive Officer for Africa & Gulf Bank and Chief Operating Officer at Bank One in Mauritius as well as the Chief Operating Officer of Cards and Payment business at Absa. He has been the Chief Operating Officer at Barclays Bank Egypt managing O&T function for all business lines.

Mr. Khalefa Al Mesalam has been the Head of Human Capital Group of the bank since March 2015. Previously, he held various roles in Organizational Development Excellence, Retail Banking, Organizational Performance Revitalization, Human Capital Management, Design and Effectiveness, Talent Management at the bank. Earlier, Mr. Al Mesalam served as the Group Recruitment Manager with Al Khaliji Bank.
