Mr. Stephen John Wadey has been the Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since 2015. Previously, he served as the Co-Chairman of the UK Defence Growth Partnership and National Defense Industries Council Research and Development Group; a Director of the UK MOD Research and Development Board; and a member of Prime Minister’s Business Advisory Group. Prior to this, Mr. Wadey also served as the Technical Director and Managing Director of MBDA UK and Chairman of Defence Industry Liaison Board of the UK.

Ms. Caroline Borg has been the Chief Financial Officer and Director of the company since 2021. Currently, she serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Lightsource bp. Prior to this, she served as Chief Financial Officer at Vestas’ Southern Europe, MENA & Latin America operations.

Mr. Neil Anthony Johnson has been the Chairman of the company since 2019. Prior to this, he was worldwide Sales and Marketing Director at Jaguar before being seconded to the UK Ministry of Defence to command 4th Battalion The Royal Green Jackets. Previously, he also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the RAC and Director General of the EEF. Mr. Johnson also served as the Chairman of Motability Operations and Centaur Media plc. Currently, he serves as the Chairman at Unbound Group plc and Director of the Business Growth Fund.
