Adnan Menderes Yayla
Executive Vice President - Financial Control and Planning Senior ManagementMr. Yayla has been the Executive Vice President of Financial Control and Planning of the bank since October 2013. Prior to this, he was an Executive Vice President and Group CFO since 2008. Previously, Mr. Yayla served as the Executive Vice President of financial control group and risk management for Turk Dis Ticaret Bankasi (Fortis) from 2000 to 2008. He held various roles such as Manager, Senior Manager, and Partner in the Istanbul and London offices of Price Waterhouse Coopers from 1996 to 2000. Earlier, he was the Project Valuation Division Chief for the Privatization Administration from 1995 to 1996. From 1985 to 1995, he worked as an Assistant Auditor and Auditor for the Ministry of Finance.
