Dr. Walden C. Rhines has been the Chairman of the Board of the company since November 2023. He joined the Board of Directors in January 2015. Prior to this, he served as a director of TriQuint Semiconductor from 1995 to 2015. Previously, he has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cornami, Inc since March 2020. Before that, he also has served as Chief Executive Officer of Rhines Consultants since October 2019.

Mr. Robert A. Bruggeworth has been the Chief Executive Officer, President and a Director of the company since December 2013. Previously, he served as the Chief Executive Officer, Director and President of RFMD from 2003 to 2014 and its President of from 2002 to 2003. Prior to this, Mr. Bruggeworth worked as the Vice President and President of RFMD's wireless products group and Vice President of Global Computer and Consumer Electronics at AMP Inc. from 1983 to 1999. Presently, he serves as a Director at MSA Safety Inc.

Mr. Grant A. Brown is the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company since 2022. Prior to that, he held the position of Director of Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis. He started his career at Qorvo's predecessor, TriQuint Semiconductor, as the Director of Investor Relations and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.

Ms. Debra Howard is currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Qorvo. She has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources, particularly in talent management and Human Resource leadership in the semiconductor industry. Prior to joining Qorvo, Ms. Howard held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Technology and Operations at NXP. She also spent over 15 years at Texas Instruments, where she gained valuable insights and knowledge in various Human Resource leadership roles.
