Mr. Mark D. McLaughlin has been the Chairman of the company since August 2019. Previously, he served as the Vice Chairman of Palo Alto Networks, Inc from 2018 to 2022. Prior to this, he also served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at Palo Alto Networks from 2016 to 2018. Previously, he served as the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Palo Alto Networks from 2012 to 2016. He served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of VeriSign, Inc from 2009 to 2011 and as the President and Chief Operating Officer from January 2009 to August 2009. He held various management and leadership roles at VeriSign from 2000 to 2007. Mr. McLaughlin served on the National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee (NSTAC) from January 2011 to April 2023 and as the Chairman of the NSTAC from 2014 to 2016.

Mr. Cristiano R. Amon has been the President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the company since June 2021. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Elect from January 2021 to June 2021 and as the President from 2018 to January 2021. Previously, he served as the Executive Vice President at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc and President at Qualcomm CDMA Technologies from 2015 to 2018. He served as the Executive Vice President at QTI and Co-President at QCT from 2012 to 2015. Earlier, he also served as the Senior Vice President and Co-President at QCT from June 2012 to October 2012 and as the Senior Vice President at QCT Product Management from 2007 to 2012. He joined the company in 1995 as an engineer and held several other technical and leadership positions.

Mr. Akash Palkhiwala has been the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company since January 2024. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Interim Chief Finance Officer of the company from 2019 to November 2019. Previously, he served as the Senior Vice President of QCT Finance at QTI from 2015 to 2019. He joined the company in 2001 and held various other finance and leadership roles. Earlier, Mr. Palkhiwala was an Analyst at KeyBank.

Mr. Don McGuire serves as the Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Head of the Global Product and Technology Marketing organization. He also served as a Senior Leader at Intel. Previously, he served as the Chief Marketing Officer of Amp’d Mobile, and Vice President of Global Marketing at Kyocera. He served as the Vice President of sales and marketing for Leap Wireless and the Vice President and General Manager at Sprint PCS.

Mr. Colin Ryan serves as the Chief Strategy and Corporate Development Officer of the company. Previously, he spent more than 25 years at Goldman Sachs, He held various leadership positions in both the US and Europe, including Global Co-Head of Technology M&A, Co-Head of M&A for the Americas, and Global Co-Chairman of the Technology Media and Telecom advisory business.
