Quest Diagnostics Inc: Executives

Mr. Stephen H. Rusckowski has been the President, the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the company since December 2016. Prior to this, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Philips Healthcare. He also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Imaging Systems business group. He held several management positions in the healthcare division of Hewlett-Packard/Agilent Technologies. Mr. Rusckowski currently is a member of the Board of Directors of the American Clinical Laboratory Association; and also an Emeritus Director of Project Hope, a global health education and humanitarian assistance organization.

Mr. Mark J. Guinan has been the Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of the company since July 2013. Prior to this, he served as Chief Financial Officer for Hill-Rom Holdings Inc from 2010 until 2013. He also held several leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson including 2009 to 2010 as Vice President, Chief Procurement Officer, and 2005 to 2009 as Vice President, Group Finance Pharmaceuticals.

Ms. Gabrielle Wolfson has been the Senior Vice President and the Chief Information and Digital Officer of the company since 2019. Prior to this, she served as Chief Information Officer for Xerox Corp from 2016. Previously, Ms. Wolfson served as the Chief Information Officer of Wyndham Hotels and Resorts, Integra Life Sciences, Par Pharmaceutical, and Panasonic. She was also a practice leader in life sciences and pharmaceutical industries at PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Mr. Gary D. Samuels serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Communications Office of the company. Prior to this, he has been the Vice President of Corporate Communications of the company.

Dr. Jay G. Wohlgemuth is the Senior Vice President of R&D and Medical and Chief Medical Officer of the company. Prior to this, he served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Healthcare Officer at HealthTap. Dr. Wohlgemuth joined Quest Diagnostics in 2009 from Genentech, where he served as Director, Clinical Diagnostics of Immunology, Tissue Growth and Repair and Global Development Team Leader for Ocrulizumab. He also served as Vice President, R&D at VIA Pharmaceuticals; and as Chief Medical Officer and Vice President, Research & Development for the molecular diagnostics company XDx, a company he co-founded. Dr. Wohlgemuth also served as Vice President, Research & Development for XDx. Currently, he also serves on the board of directors for the Personalized Medicine Coalition, Diagnostic Labs of Oklahoma and The Anne and Henry Zarrow Charitable Foundation.
